Registration

The registration fees include:

• Admission to the scientific sessions, from September 25 to September 27, 2024
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches
• Welcome reception on Tuesday 24 September 2024
• Certificate of attendance
• 21% VAT

To get the member registration rate, we recommend activating or renewing your membership with IPOS for 2024 before registering for the Congress. We will review registrations to IPOS membership records monthly and members that have activated or renewed their membership before the last day of the month will be included in the registration module before the 5th of every month. To use this discount, we kindly ask you to send an email to the NVPO Secretariat at nvposecr@nvpo.nl. Upon verification, you will receive a discount code that can be used during registration.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation

All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer | conferences & events in writing (email: helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com).

• Cancellations received before or on 30 June 2024 will be fully refunded minus a €20,00 administration fee;
• Cancellations received  after 1 July 2024 but before or on 31 July 2024 will be refunded 75% of the registration fee minus a € 20,00 administration fee;
• Cancellations received  after 1 August 2024 but before or on 31 August 2024 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee minus a € 20,00 administration fee;
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after 1 September 2024 or registered participants who fail to attend;
• No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.

Refund

• The appropriate refunds will be made after IPOS 2024.
• Exchange rate differences and bank charges will be deducted.
