“If you want to climb a mountain,
don't call the rope group together to divide the work and give orders.
But teach them to long for vast, endless vistas.”

My moral ambition is to organize patient care, and in particular AYA-patient care, through co-participation, around the person with a disease and not around our organization of care. By listening unbiasedly to 'who is this person and what does this person need', aimed at quality of life. Silo and linear thinking are counterproductive.
Co-participation between patients, healthcare professionals and researchers improves care within the care chains and between the lines. It prevents us from doing what we were already doing that did not work.
Organizing care with and for the person with a disease has a positive impact on that person, on healthcare professionals, the healthcare domain and on society.
As an experienced professional, I consider it a privilege to encourage the desire to work together as a learning healthcare system on integrated, line-free care in networks and to put it into daily practice.
